This customer had us replace her old vinyl flooring with this tile.  The customer was elderly and loved the look of having rugs on her bathroom floor but recently had been tripping on them and said they could no longer have them for safety reasons.  If you look closely at this floor you can see where we did three subtle inlays to mimic having rugs on the floor.  She loved the gesture.
